Healthy Macro Bowl Recipe
Combine the following with a bowl of brown rice (1 ½ cups)
• Steamed Spinach (1 cup)
• Steamed Carrots (½ cup)
 • Any kind of cooked beans (½ cup)
• Pumpkin Seeds (½ cup)
• Cubed Tofu (½ cup)
• Steamed Hijiki seaweed (½ cup)

Top with Miso Dressing:


• Flax Seed Oil (1 tbsp)
• Toasted Sesame Oil (1 tbsp)
• Soy Sauce or Tamari (2 tsp)
• Miso Paste (1 tbsp)
• Rice vinegar (2 tsp)
• Grated Ginger (12 tsp)
