An unusual and delicious sandwich.
Dark Chocolate and Grilled Cheese on Sourdough
  • Country Sourdough Bread (2 slices)
  • Mayo (to spread outside bread, we’re using Kewpie Mayo)
  • 2-1/2 oz good, Gruyere Cheese, sliced
  • 1 oz Dark Chocolate (we are using ChocoVivo Shangri-La blend with dark chocolate, toasted black sesame and gogi berries)
  • 1oz Walnuts (we are using Moon Juice activated Maca Mesquite Walnuts)


1) Spread Mayo On Outside Of Bread Slices · Lay Half The Cheese On One Side

2) Add Chocolate And Walnuts

3)  Top With Other Half Of Cheese

4) Top With Remaining Slice Of Bread

5) Put Spoonful Of Coconut Oil On Medium Hot Griddle Pan · Add Sandwich

6) Cover With Cheese Melting Dome Or Pot Lid

7) Wait 1-1/2 Minutes Until A Golden Crust Forms
