Dan Kohler's Caribbean Jerk Sauce

Perfect addition to any dish!
Dan Kohler's Caribbean Jerk Sauce
  • 5 Scallions
  • 1 Pickled Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Allspice Berries
  • 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Add the ingredients in a blender and buzz them until smooth.
