Bourbon Pecan Pie

Bourbon Pecan Pie

Life coach Kelley Wolf is making a favorite dessert for the holidays.
Ingredients
  • Crust for one pie pan (Bottom only)
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup White cane syrup
  • 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Pecan halves

Directions:


1. Melt 6 Tablespoons butter & set aside.


2. Mix together 1 cup white cane sugar, 1 cup dark brown sugar, 1/3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp vanilla, the melted butter, 3 slightly beaten eggs.


3. Mix well & pour into pie shell.


4. Add 2 cups pecan halves -use a spatula to “pat.”


5. Preheat oven to 350


6. Bake for 40-45 mins.


7. Let cool to set. Serve with whipped cream flavored with bourbon or amaretto.
