A traditional cocktail from Geoffrey Zakarian.
- 1oz, Frapin VSOP Cognac
- ¼ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Ginger infused Beet Sugar water
- 1 each, candied ginger slice
Place all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice cubes, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with a candied ginger slice.
