Coriander Mint Coconut Salmon Kabobs

Owner of Chauhan Ale & Masala House, Maneet Chauhan is in the kitchen preparing a delicious dish with real salmon. If you want to add more flavor to the dish, the chef recommends using coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. If you want, you can always use chicken, beef, tofu or vegetables instead of salmon, as well.
