Together, the two just built a new “green” home and explain how implementing little steps in going green can save money and improve energy efficiency. Lillie’s Q Shrimp and Grits

Executive Chef of Lillie’s Q, Charlie McKenna is in the kitchen cooking up some old fashioned Shrimp and Grits. He offers up a tip when cooking grits and that is to keep the grits moving to avoid them clumping together. Ken Wingard’s Grim Reaper

Cristina Cooks!

Cristina is back in the kitchen and making her famous Pumpkin and Sausage Sage Risotto, perfect for this time of year. Cristina enjoys using pumpkin because it is a great source of fiber, vitamins A and C. She also adds the tip to fry the sausage until it is no longer pink. For the final touch, she serves the dish in a small, hollowed out pumpkin.
