Candace Cameron Bure Interview
Actress Cameron Cameron Bure stops by Home & Family to talk about her exciting new role in Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel Original Movie, “A Bone to Pick: An Aurora Teagarden Mystery” premiering Saturday, April 4th. Mark points out that the movie will be launching on both the Hallmark Channel and the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel at the same time. Candace plays a librarian who solves crimes on the side. Candace has been staying busy because she also has a book coming out this summer called “Dancing Through Life.”
Spaghetti Carbonara with Pork Belly
Everybody’s favorite chef, Fabio Viviani is back in the kitchen and this time he is whipping up Spaghetti Carbonara with Pork Belly. Before he cooks, Mark and Cristina pressure Fabio to reveal his wedding date, he jokingly shares that he’s still engaged and it is a slow process. His dish is a huge hit at the table.

Also, eat a big breakfast, shut it down for five or six hours before having a filling lunch. Remember, cleanses decrease your metabolism, but drinking tea and getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night help increase your metabolism. Finally, Jim says strength training guarantees you will only lose fat and you have to work with intensity.
