TIPS:

• Make sure to fill balloon up with as much helium as possible to hold weight of the “cloud.”
• Use clear balloons so that you can see filling.
• Cotton can also be used, but is heavier so you may need to use less.
• Blow up balloon a little bit to see if you have used enough buffalo snow, and if not add more.
• Use balloon stick if the balloon is too heavy.

Directions for Marble Balloons

1. Fill balloon with helium
2. Tie bottom of balloon into a knot.
3. Tie string/ribbon onto the bottom.
4. Fill container with water and drizzle in the nail polish.
5. Dip balloon in the water and pull out quickly.
6. Tap balloon to remove excess water.
7. Repeat with all parts of balloon as desired.
8. Allow to dry completely (it will dry quickly)

TIPS:

· Make sure the balloon is full of helium, otherwise it will not be able to hold the weight of the nail polish design.
· Do not try to swirl nail polish because it will seize up in the water.
· Use balloon stick if the balloon is too heavy.

Directions for Tulle Balloons

1. Fill balloon up with helium.
2. Tie bottom of balloon into a knot.
3. Tie string/ribbon onto the bottom.
4. Cover the balloon with tulle and tie at the bottom.

TIP:

· Buy tulle by the yard so you have enough tulle.
· Use balloon stick if the balloon is too heavy
