Step 1: Fold leather in half so the fold is on top
Step 2: Measure how far apart you want your cuts and use a ruler to mark it with a pen or chalk
Step 3: Cut all of the markings so you end up with a fringe like bottom. Cut the ends into points, if desired
Step 4: Put a large decorative safety pin through the leather, this will just be for effect.
Step 5: Use top stick to apply the leather to the top of your shoe
