DIY Copper Kids Table

A DIY from Dream Jobbing finalist, Bekah Salazar.
Materials
  • 3 10' Copper tubing
  • 32 Small wood screws
  • 1 Pipe cutter
  • 2 Glue
  • 24 1/2" 90 Elbows
  • 8 1/2" Tee's
  • 16 1/2" Pipe straws
  • 2 7 1/2" Fence board


Instructions

After collecting and cutting the materials:

Step 1:
Make the table top Which includes
(3) 20inch wood boards to
(2) 16'' pipes
(4) pipe straps
(8) small screws
-set aside

Step 2:
Create the square frame that holds the table top.
(2) 10 1/2 '' pipes
(4) 5 1/4'' pipes
(4) 90 * elbows
(2) tee's

Step 3:
Create base by attaching ...
(2) 10 1/2'' pipes to the (2) tee's from square frame with (2) tee's at other end feed the
(4) 16'' pipes on each end of tee's and attach making the base of the table
(4) 90* elbows on each end that starts the legs

Step 4:
Create legs by building up with the ...
(4) 7 1/2'' pipes with
(4) 90* elbows on each end
Attach the (4) 2 1/2'' to go left and right with
(4) 90* elbows attached on each end
Attach (4) 1 1/2'' on each end with
(4) tee's on each end
Attach (4) 2 1/2'' on each end with
(4) 90* elbows on each end and complete the seat base with (2) 18 1/2'' pipes.

Now back to the last set of tee's we attached ...
Attach (4) 7 1/2 '' pipes
With (4) 90* elbows on each end
And to compete frame attach the last
(2) 18 1/2'' pipes to the elbows .

Step 5:
Now that the frame is in place you can glue each piece to connector and let set to dry.

Step 6:
Once it is all dry you can attach the wooden boards to the frame with the remaining
(12) pipe straps
And
(24) small wood screws

Step 7 :
Do happy dance !
