1. Take grape vine garland and cut two 24 inch pieces (remove wire from garland).
2. Fold each in half and tie twine at half way point (bottom of carrot).
3. Take rosemary branch and fold garland in ½ over rosemary.
4. Tie with twine starting at the bottom and working your way up to the top.
5. Take extra cuts of garland to fill out carrot top.
