Burger Benedict

Au Fudge restaurant chef Kris Morningstar is in the Home & Family kitchen making a burger benedict. He makes his own béarnaise sauce to go with the dish using a mixture of champagne vinegar, peppercorns, shallots and tarragon. An extra tip is using butter to keep the béarnaise from breaking on the burger.
