Holiday Recipes - Breakfasts
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ grated nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Confectioners’ sugar
- Ginger applesauce
1) Preheat oven to 425
2) In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, nutmeg and salt. Whisk lightly.
3) In a 10-inch skillet, melt the butter. When the pan is hot and the butter is melted, pour in the batter and bake for 15 minutes.
4) Remove pancake, sprinkle with sugar and return to oven for 2 minutes.
