American film and television actress Jessy Schram was born and raised in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. As a child actor she appeared in numerous commercials and stage productions before taking the bold step of moving to Los Angeles at the age of 18. Since then, she's had the privilege of working with some of the very best in the business. She recently finished a large arc on the popular ABC show “Nashville.” Her other credits include a leading role in Steven Spielberg's TNT drama “Falling Skies” and as Bonnie Whiteside on the critically acclaimed drama, “Mad Men.” Jessy played opposite Christina Ricci in the TV miniseries “Lizzie Borden,” and as Cinderella on the ABC fairytale drama “Once Upon a Time,” which she recently recurred on. Some other recurring credits include, “Last Resort,” “Medium,” and “Veronica Mars.”
As a film actress, Jessy’s continually drawn to the world of independent film. She wrapped “Shot Caller” this past year opposite Lake Bell and Jon Bernthal. Prior to that, Jessy was in award winning writer and director Jesse V. Johnson’s “The Beautiful Ones.” Jesse has also worked alongside Jeff Garlin, Sarah Silverman and Amy Sedaris in the ensemble comedy “I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With,” and with Finn Wittrock and Emilie de Ravin in “The Submarine Kid.” She has also worked with the late Tony Scott, playing opposite Chris Pine in the action-thriller blockbuster, “Unstoppable.”
A singer/songwriter, Jessy’s shared her passion for music in clubs and concert venues all over the country. She’s toured with Chicago blues artist Joan Baby, and has graced the stage at the Hard Rock Cafe and The Knitting Factory, just to name a few.
